Cumberland County children, birth to age 5, are healthy and prepared
to succeed when they enter school.
This can be accomplished through the following objectives:

- State of the Young Child - Health Assessment- this assessment combines data collected from year-long Smart Start funded activity Impact Surveys and the Kidstuff Survey conducted during the Dogwood Festival in April.
