What would you think if you had access to a community tool that would allow you to: find out the unduplicated counts of clients served at the local level; to see the patterns of use of people entering and exiting the assistance system; and determine the effectiveness of these systems? The dream may soon be a reality!
Who
The Continuum of Care Planning Council (COCPC) is a group of representatives in Cumberland County who provide services or resource supports to people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. PFC, along with key agencies and organization, has been involved in planning a conceptual design for a homeless management information system named the QUick Electronic System Toolkit ( QuEST).
