Community Meeting Rooms
PFC is pleased to make seven community meeting rooms available
to the public.
- Computer Training Room (Capacity up to 8)
- Children's Play Room (Capacity up to 12)
- Room 414 ( Capacity up to 15)
- Blue Room (Capacity up to 25)
- Conf Room A (Capacity up to 25)
- Charles Morris(Capacity up to 50)
- 343 Multipurpose (Capacity up to 50)
Priority of Use
- First priority shall be granted to PFC-sponsored
events. In prioritized order these include:
- PFC-generated meetings.
- Events jointly sponsored by PFC and
its affiliate groups.
- Events jointly sponsored by PFC and
other community groups.
- Second priority will be given to public meetings sponsored
by non-profits serving children under age of 6.
- Third priority will be given to public meetings and
events sponsored by other non-profits or community-based
groups and organizations
- Fourth priority will be given to other for-profit organizations.
Reservation Request will be accepted:
- 6 months in advance for PFC events
- 4 months in advance for Omni tenants
- 3 months in advance for outside agencies

Podium and Sound System
Rental Fees
Free to nonprofits and government agencies with like mission of PFC.
Availability
Meeting rooms are available from 8:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M.,
Monday through Friday.
