Desk is available via phone or e-mail to assist you with
any problems you encounter with your computer system. Knowledgeable
and friendly staff will assist you in correcting your problem
over the phone or will escalate your issue to a qualified
technician. The IT Help Desk offers you the convenience
of receiving immediate service during normal business hours
(Monday–Friday,
8:00 am to 5:00 pm).
