Partnership for Children is the nonprofit organization responsible for planning, allocating and administering Smart Start dollars. Smart Start is a comprehensive early childhood initiative supported by public and private funds to help all children, birth to age 5, enter school healthy and ready to succeed.
Proposals subject to the conditions made a part thereof will be received until the specified closing date specified above, for furnishing the services described herein. It is the sole responsibility of the offeror to have the proposal in this office by the specified date of closing. LATE PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Proposals may be emailed, mailed or hand delivered.
