Committees
- Standing committees will include but are not limited to
General Committee Guidelines
- The committee structures, except the Executive Committee, act within the authority as delegated by the Board.
- Committee membership and participation may include both Board directors and non-Board participants.
- Non-Board participants shall have all rights and privileges of Board directors except a vote at Board meetings.
- Strict quorum requirements
- Quorum shall be determined at the beginning of a meeting for all items requiring action.
- 50% plus 1 of all active members (designee's present at a meeting will only count toward quorum when the active member is not present) for all Board of Directors' meetings
- 33% of active membership
- Planning & Evaluation, Public Awareness and Development, CCR&R and OFRC Facility & Tenants
- 50% of the membership
- Executive Committee, Finance Committee, Personnel Committee and Board Development Committee
