Current Realities:

• Ft. Bragg 0-3 yr olds are included in the projected pop, but the children served through EDIS are not included in the saturation rate for Cumberland. Adding another 156 served by EDIS bumps up Cumberland's saturation rate by 1.1% which is a hefty jump
• This is the same for the 3-5 year old population. Working with Ft Bragg schools to get numbers.
